All the parts are about 200 300 euro's more then a complete boat. so an 16.5 as boat is 2000 isch a set of parts 2300 ish
This is still working for the canoe models.

Finding a second hand one is off course better for the enviroment and your wallet.

Enjoy. There is at least one belium guy that did an other route he buil a solo boat from scratch. ordered some parts from his ally dealer. very cool and inspiring.

there are 2 in the netherlands. maybe 1 of those will be on kringelfieber pm if you wnat to know more. no i do not have one any more. not enough space to keep it when a loonwokrs came up for sale

is from a guy fairly local to bredevoort.
many plces in the netherlands are easy to paddle and allowed. thisone not so sure , at least not sure about the nice bite in the nature reeserve. the boring canalbits are normally no problem

The sport is yumm as a whitewater solo. One of the yummiest whitewater solo canoes that are not pure whitewater boats as a tandem it not nice on any thing where you have to paddle to make progress.

is it PE the i would not bother.
If ti is a composite. You probably could repair it. How much time is cost and how much stuff you need to buy for the reapir and it that is it woth compared to buy a second hand one or new is difficult to jugde from here. Personaly I thinkI would search for a other canoe.

It's time for someone else to take over the guardianship of this beautiful and very rare canoe. The David Yost designed original Bell Canoe Works Northwind in Royalex tracks beautifully. It is a great tripping boat for tandem paddlers. The condition is almost faultless. It has always been stored inside and regularly 303'd and the wood oiled. The skid plates are original and factory fitted. I have replaced the original centre seat with a carrying thwart and kneeling thwart but a have it if you'd like it returned to it's original setup. I'm keen to see this go to a home where it will be well used and loved.
